Terms of Service

Zwoop is a fitness application that generates personalized cycling workouts based on your recovery data and training history. The service integrates with:

• Whoop - For recovery scores, heart rate variability (HRV), and strain data
• Strava - For activity history, power data, and training load analysis
• Zwift - Through ZWO workout files for structured indoor training

Zwoop is operated by healthycod.in, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

To use Zwoop, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may register using email and password, or through OAuth authentication with Whoop or Strava. When using OAuth, you authorize Zwoop to access specific data from these services as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Zwoop connects to third-party services to enhance your experience. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

• The respective terms of service and privacy policies of Whoop, Strava, and Zwift
• The data permissions you grant during OAuth authorization
• API usage limits and restrictions imposed by these services

You can disconnect any integration at any time through your Profile settings. We provide direct links to your connected accounts as required by our API agreements.

In compliance with our third-party API agreements, particularly the Strava API Agreement, we commit to the following:

• Personal Data Display: Your Strava data is displayed only to you. We do not aggregate, share, or display your data to other users, even if that data is publicly visible on Strava.
• Data Deletion: When you delete data from Strava, the corresponding data will be removed from Zwoop within 48 hours.
• No Data Sales: We will never sell, license, rent, or share your fitness data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
• Secure Transmission: All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption.
• Privacy Respecting: We respect the privacy settings you configure in your Strava and Whoop accounts.

When using Zwoop, you agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information (FTP, max heart rate, weight) for optimal workout generation
• Use generated workouts responsibly and within your physical capabilities
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent any security measures
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

The Zwoop service, including its workout generation algorithms, user interface, and branding, is owned by healthycod.in. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party trademarks (Whoop, Strava, Zwift) are used in accordance with their respective brand guidelines and remain the property of their owners. The ZWO file format is Zwift's proprietary format.

Physical activity carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate in workouts at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring exercises are appropriate for your fitness level and health condition.

Zwoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• The effectiveness of generated workouts for any particular fitness goal
• Compatibility with all devices or third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, healthycod.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zwoop.

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activities that harm other users or our infrastructure.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Your continued use of Zwoop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Zwoop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also bring claims in your local courts under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
